settings - Styles
Up to 4 styles can be defined in this dialog. The Style settings can be
used to change the appearance of the control elements from the Structured
block and House status areas. Elements from the other areas are not
changed by the style settings. The Style switching control element can
then be used to switch between the styles. See
Widget Style. In addition to manual switching, this can also be
linked to a variable to switch the style to dark mode at night via a
weather station or clock, for example.
To define a style, the Active option must be selected first. Via the
button Template the styles Light and Dark can be selected. To activate the
template Light and Dark, proceed as follows:
- In the first tab, click Active and select Bright as the template.
- In the second tab, click Active and select Dark as the template.
- Insert the Style switchover control element and the associated
function module and link the control element and function module.
- By clicking on the control, the Light and Dark styles are then
available.
The following settings can be made in a style:
- Active: Only when active, the style is displayed as a selection in the
control element.
- General: In this area, the entries for the control element are
configured. These settings can be used to configure the selection
button on the control element.
- Block / House status: In this area the control elements are
configured.
- Pages: In this section, background color and image can be configured
for each page. With the option Active it is possible to leave the page
unchanged, if Active is not selected, the page remains in the default
settings from the Options - Page. Note that when a style is active,
the page settings are overridden by the style, so changing the color and
background page options will only take effect without the style.
In the following you can see some examples what is possible with the
style switching. You can also find the example under Help - Example
projects.
