Übersicht General parameters of all function blocks and page

Parameters Function blocks

Deaktivieren With this option the outputs of the block are no longer updated. This option can be used to temporarily disable blocks for diagnostic purposes.
Send cyclically
Outputs are updated cyclically. If variables are linked at the outputs, they are updated cyclically. If the linked variable is changed e.g. from the visualization, the block resets it after the set time. A practical example would be the time switch: Normally, the output (e.g. an outdoor light) is only updated at the switching time, after which the outdoor light can also be switched on and off via the visualisation. If you set this parameter to 600 seconds, for example, you can switch on the light and after 10 minutes the clock would switch back to the original value.
Comment
General comment, this is displayed in the middle of the function module
Update outputs on startup.
With this parameter the outputs are forcibly updated at start and telegrams and the function block is called at all events.

For pure KNX projects it may be useful to switch off this parameter to avoid duplicate telegrams.

Important: This parameter should always be active for projects with IO modules or critical outputs.

Start delay
This can be used to set a start delay, which causes the function blocks to be processed internally, but no outputs are written. These are then only updated when the next change is made. This function is useful if the status of the system is not to be changed when program changes are made, for example, if work is still being carried out in a building and no lights or blinds are to be activated during the changes.

Important: This parameter should always be set to 0 for projects with IO modules or critical outputs.
Deactivate This parameter deactivates all function modules on this page.
Deactivate Address An address can be entered here to dynamically activate or deactivate all function modules on this page (1=deactivate).
