Overview Blind digital

This function block implements a blind control. Please note that the positions can only be determined approximately; a drift between setpoint/actual value cannot always be avoided.

Inputs

LZ
Long travel
At 0 the blind moves all the way up, at 1 all the way down.
KZ
Short travel
At 0 the blind moves up for a short time, at 1 down for a short time. This function is used to adjust the slat.
SH
Setpoint height
Setpoint height in percent.
SL
Setpoint slat
Setpoint slat in percent.
SP Lock Optional lock. If the input is not connected, the function is always enabled, otherwise only when 0 is present at the input; at 1 the function is locked.

Outputs

AU
Up
Output up
AB
Down
Output down
RH
Feedback height
Feedback current height
RL
Feedback slat
Feedback current slat

Parameters

Travel time height
Travel time from all the way up to all the way down. The position is calculated from this time.
Travel time slat
Travel time of the slat from fully closed to fully open. The position is calculated from this time.
Travel time short time
Travel time when the input KZ short time is actuated, to adjust the slat step by step.
Overrun in percent
When the blind is moved all the way up or down, the corresponding outputs are driven longer than necessary so that the blind is fully open / closed. This overrun is specified in percent of the travel time height.
