Overview Ekey UDP

With this function block, data from a fingerprint scanner from E-Key with UDP interface can be evaluated. The function block consists of two parts. "EKEY-UDP" evaluates the telegrams from the sensor and outputs them on the outputs. Each finger scan has its own ID here. With this ID, actions can be triggered via the second block "EKEY-UDP-TRIGGER".

EKEY-UDP

Inputs

FG Enable Optional enable. If the input is not connected, the block is always enabled. Otherwise only when a value other than 0 is present at the input.

Outputs

ID
Terminal
Number of the terminal
ID Relay Number of the relay
ID User User
ID Person Person
ID Finger Finger
ID
Pulse
Pulse. When a telegram is received, a pulse is output at this output.
ID
ID ID of the scan. This ID is formed from the received telegram. With the ID, actions can be triggered via the block EKEY-UDP Trigger.

Parameters

Port Port number (default 5100)
Protocol RARE or MULTI. For protocol Multi an underscore "_" must be set as separator.

EKEY-UDP-TRIGGER

Inputs

ID Pulse This input must be connected to the output Pulse of the block EKEY-UDP.
ID ID This input must be connected to the output ID of the block EKEY-UDP.

Outputs

TR
Trigger
If the ID at the input matches one of the IDs from the parameters, the trigger is fired on input pulse, via which actions can then be executed.

Parameters

Trigger
  • Pulse: a 1-0 pulse is output.
  • Telegram 1: a telegram with the value 1 is output (only useful with KNX systems).
  • Toggle: on the first scan 1 is output, on the next 0.
Output on/off Here a value for on/off can be specified.
ID 0-9 Here up to 10 IDs can be specified that the trigger should respond to.
