Overview Wallbox Max. Load Management

With this function block one or more charging stations can be controlled so that a specified power is not exceeded. This is for example necessary when the mains line is not designed for the maximum load.

A maximum current per phase can be specified here. If the current on a phase is exceeded, the wallboxes are reduced until it falls below the limit again.

The speed of the control can be set separately for falling below and exceeding, so that on exceeding the value is reduced faster before the mains fuse trips.

Inputs

FG
Enable
Optional enable. If this input is not assigned, the control is always enabled.
MA
Current maximum*
Maximum current for one phase.
L1-3
Current L1 - L3
Mains power for phase 1-3.
P1-x
Plug occupied
Optional. Plug status. If the plug occupancy changes from 0 to 1 the setpoint is set to 0 and the control starts again. This is intended to prevent an overload, since wallboxes require a minimum power and do not start from 0.

Outputs

A1-AX
Setpoint
Setpoint in A for the wallboxes

Parameters

Number of outputs
Number of outputs or wallboxes
Gain+
Gain when all 3 phases are below the setpoint. The higher this value, the faster the setpoint is increased.
Gain- Gain when one of the phases is above the setpoint. The higher this value, the faster the setpoint is reduced.
Reset time+
Time in which the control increases the setpoint when all 3 phases are below the setpoint.
Reset time- Time in which the control reduces the setpoint when one of the phases is above the setpoint.
Hysteresis Hysteresis for the control. If the actual value is between Current maximum + / - hysteresis the setpoint remains unchanged.
