Overview KEBA charging station



With this function block the KEBA charging station is controlled so that only the PV surplus is charged.

 Operating mode:
  • 0=Automatic: Surplus control
  • 1=Manual: Manual charging with the current value from input Charging current manual.
  • 2=Off: Charging station off.
  • 3=Offline: In this mode no further commands are sent to the charging station. This enables parallel operation with the KEBA app.

PU
 Surplus*
 PV surplus. The input must not be limited to 0; both positive and negative values must arrive at the input so that the control can react correctly. With the parameter Type of surplus it can be set whether positive or negative means surplus.
FG Enable Optional enable. If the input is 1, the control is enabled. This input can be used to switch the control in automatic mode on and off without having to change the operating mode.

If the input is not connected, the control is always enabled.
LE Session kWh setpoint Charging energy for the current charging session. With a value > 0 charging is stopped when the energy has been charged. After the stop this input is reset to 0.
AN Charging current minimum Optional input for charging current minimum. If this input is not connected, the charging current is limited from the parameters.
AH Charging current maximum Optional input for charging current maximum. If this input is not connected, the charging current is limited from the parameters.

LS Charging current setpoint A Setpoint that is sent to the charging station.
LR Charging current setpoint A status Feedback charging current. The feedback may differ from the setpoint if, for example, the minimum set charging current is undershot.

Gain P
 Speed of the control; with a higher value the output reacts faster to a change at the input.
Minimum surplus Minimum surplus that must at least be present so that the control begins.

  • Surplus positive: Surplus when input positive
  • Surplus negative: Surplus when input negative
Start at surplus Minimum surplus at which the control starts. Value is always positive.
Control time on Time for control on. The surplus must be above "Start at surplus" for at least this time so that the control starts.
Control time off Time for control off. If the surplus is below "Surplus minimum" for this time, the control is switched off.
Surplus minimum The control regulates to this value; this surplus always remains.  Value is always positive.
