Overview Pulse at time

This function block outputs a 1-0 pulse at the output at a defined point in time. Unlike, for example, the clock generator function block, the pulse always occurs at the start of a time unit. If, for example, hour is set, the pulse is output independently of the start time always at the beginning of the hour, for day at 0:00h, for week on Monday at 0:00h and so on.

Inputs

FG
Enable
Enable. The pulse is only output with 1 at the input. This input is optional; if this input is not connected, the block is always enabled.

Outputs

I1
Pulse 1
Pulse when the set point in time has been reached.
I2
Pulse 2 delayed
Delayed pulse. Once pulse 1 has elapsed, this output is set to 1 after the interval of the pulse duration. This function can for example be used to generate a CSV file with the first pulse and send it by mail with the second pulse.
IZ
Pulse time
Current pulse duration.

Parameters

Point in time
Setting of the point in time at which the pulse is triggered. Unlike, for example, the clock generator function block, the pulse always occurs at the start of a time unit. If, for example, hour is set, the pulse is output independently of the start time always at the beginning of the hour, for day at 0:00h, for week on Monday at 0:00h and so on.
