Übersicht Mixer simple

This function block is used to implement a mixer control.

Inputs

FG
Enable
Enable. At 1 the mixer is enabled and the outputs are controlled. At 0 the mixer closes the running time and then switches off all outputs. If the input is not used, the mixer is automatically enabled.
SW
Setpoint*
Flow Setpoint to which control is executed.
IW
Actual value*
Forward actual value.
KU
Cooling
Switch to cooling mode. In cooling mode, the outputs are driven in reverse, if the actual value is greater than the setpoint, the direction is set to open instead of closed.

Outputs

AU
Open
Output mixer open.
ZU
Close
Output mixer close.
PR
Percent
0-100% output. For mixers with analog input. The value of the internal regulator IY is added or subtracted to this value depending on the operating mode. The addition is executed on each rising edge at the on/off outputs, the control time can be adjusted by the parameter gain and the PWM settings. If the percentage output is used, the P value must be set significantly smaller than the default value.
PU
Pump
Pump. A heating circuit pump can be connected here. This is switched on with the Enable.
ST
Info Status
Output is set to 1 when mixer is active.
IY
Info Y
Output of the internal regulator for diagnostic purposes. The output goes from -255 (whole PWM time closed) to +255 (whole PWM time open).
IP
Info PWM
Output of the internal PWM timer - time until next open/close cycle.

Parameter

Duration
Runtime of the mixer. If the Enable is switched off, the mixer runs 2x the mixer runtime.
Gain
Gain for the internal regulator. With a higher value the mixer reigns faster. Important: If the value is too high, the mixer starts to oscillate (constantly open/close).

PWM Time
Time for an on/off cycle. Switch on time is PWM time/255 * P regulator.
PWM Min. Pause
In this parameter a minimum pause time can be optionally set (both outputs off). This pause is at least maintained independently of the internal regulator. This pause is at least maintained, even if the calculated switch-off time would be smaller. After a cycle, the pause should be at least as long as the flow sensor needs to report the current temperature.
PWM Max. Puls
In this parameter a maximum pulse time can be set. The internal regulator is limited to this maximum (maximum time for on time).
Hysteresis
Within this hysteresis the temperature is considered to be reached and the mixer stops in the current position. The hysteresis works in both directions, for example, with a hysteresis of 1 the temperature is considered to be reached within +/- 1 degrees.
Offset Actual value Correction actual value. This value is added to the room temperature input.
Anti-blocking function With this parameter the mixer is started 1x per week when enable is 0. This is to prevent the mixer from blocking if it is not in operation for too long. The function is started on Sunday at 0:00h. The mixer will open/close the mixer runtime or the analog output will be set to 0/100 percent and the pump output will be switched on.

When the anti-blocking function is activated, status 100 + step is output at the output.
  • 101: Outputs off
  • 102: Mixer open, percent to 100, pump 1
  • 103: Waiting time mixer running time
  • 104: Mixer closed, percent to 0, pump 1
  • 105: Waiting time mixer running time
  • 106: Outputs off, cycle completed.
