Übersicht Three point controller Hysteresis

This function block is used to implement a three-point controller. This controller has a setpoint with adjustable hysteresis instead of on/off limits.

Enable Output AU. The output is enabled when input 1 is present. This input is optional, if the input is not connected, the output is automatically released.

Enable Output AO. The output is enabled when input 1 is present. This input is optional, if the input is not connected, the output is automatically enabled.

Setpoint
Setpoint. If the Actual value falls below the setpoint minus hysteresis, Output Bottom is switched on, if the Actual value exceeds the setpoint plus hysteresis, Output Top is switched on.

Hysteresis
Hysteresis. Half of the hysteresis acts on the switching threshold at the top and half on the bottom.

Parameter

Regulation time
Regulation time in seconds. The target/actual comparison is only executed in this interval.
Temperature monitoring Minimum
Optional temperature monitoring. If the actual value falls below this limit, the output ST fault temperature is set to 1 and the outputs are switched off. If both limit values are 0, monitoring is not active.
Temperature monitoring Maximum Optional temperature monitoring. If the actual value exceeds this limit, the output ST temperature fault is set to 1 and the outputs are switched off. If both limit values are 0, monitoring is not active.
