MBUS

This function block can be used to read out M-BUS devices. An RS232 M.BUS gateway is required for this.

Parameter
Read Type		Sigle Frame or Multiframe.
Addressing		Addressing via primary address or secondary address.
ID/Serial		ID for primary address or serial number for secondary address.
Readout interval		Interval in seconds. Please note that some meters may not respond if read out too frequently.
Commport		Interface selection
Data		Configuration of the data / outputs. Normally not all data are always needed by the meter, therefore the data can be selected. The dialog has two errors, on the left a list of the configured values, on the right the data errors that were read from the meter. If the controller is connected to the gateway, the button "Read request" can be used to read the meter. In the right window all data are displayed. With the button between the windows (arrow left) the data on the right side can now be transferred to the left side. Only for the data on the left side, variables are also generated and linked at the outputs. Optionally, the data can also be created via the tool buttons +/- Manually. For this one must know the position within the data.
