Übersicht Staircase delay

This function block is used to implement a so-called "staircase function", for example a staircase or corridor light with two switches at the start and end of the staircase / corridor. At the beginning the light is switched on with a push-button, after a certain time the light is automatically switched off. In contrast to a switch-off delay, for example, with this function block the output can also be switched on again manually, for example at the end of the corridor.

Inputs

TR
Trigger
Trigger to switch on.
ZT
Time
Time after which the output should automatically switch off again.

Outputs

A1
Output
Output
RZ
Remaining time
Time to switch off.

Parameter

Time unit
Time unit. This parameter determines how the input ZT time is to be interpreted, for example 10 as 10 seconds or 10 minutes.
Trigger
Trigger behaviour

  • Rising edge: Output is activated by changing 0 to 1.
  • Falling edge: Output is activated by changing 1 to 0.
  • Change: Output is activated with every change.
  • With KNX telegram: Output is activated with a telegram. For example, if a KNX push-button can only send 1 and no edge.
  • For KNX telegram 1=on/0=off: Output is activated at 1 telegram, deactivated at 0 without waiting for the time to elapse to switch off the light manually.
