Block Ventilation| This
control element displays and operates a ventilation system. It works
with two function blocks: Block
Ventilation for a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery
and Block Exhaust
air for a single extract fan. The control element recognises by
itself which block is linked; display and operation follow
accordingly. The link is created with the right mouse button on the control element. The variables are taken over automatically, they do not have to be entered by hand. Tile: A ring in the state colour. For the ventilation system the current stage is shown in the centre, for the extract fan the fan symbol. Above it the state is shown as text - depending on the situation the CO2 value, the humidity, "Boost ventilation", "Humidity protection" or "Replace filter". The designation is shown below. When the system is idle the ring carries the configured font colour. Blue means running, orange means active frost protection and red means maintenance is due. A fan symbol in the top right corner shows whether the system is running. It follows the icon theme of the style and is therefore black or white depending on the style. Window: A click opens the operating window. For the ventilation system the buttons "Auto", "Off" and one per stage are shown at the top; below that the most important values - CO2, humidity, bypass and filter. "Auto" hands the system back to demand control, while "Off" and the stages hold it until "Auto" is selected again. For the extract fan there is a single button that switches the fan on and off again, plus humidity, run-on, operating hours and maintenance state. The symbols in the header open the switching times (ventilation system only), the occupancy and the settings. |
Switching times |

| A switching time sets the
same thing as the buttons in the operating window: automatic,
off or a fixed stage. Clicking the value steps through the
options. This allows the system to be held and released again on a schedule - for example stage 2 in the evening and back to automatic at 10 pm. A fixed stage applies until a switching time, the operating window or input SV selects automatic again; only then do CO2 and humidity take over again. The switching time list is operated the same way for all block control elements, see Block Time switch. The block Block Exhaust air has no switching times; the symbol is not shown there. |

Occupancy |

| Here you define per
occupancy state what is to happen when the system changes into
that state. Clicking the house symbol switches the setting for that state
on and off, clicking the value next to it steps through the options. By default no state has a setting. As long as nothing is switched on, a change of occupancy does not affect the system at all. Only once something is entered here does the change take effect - a typical example is "Holiday: off", or "Holiday: locked" with Block Exhaust air. For the ventilation system the values are the same as in the operating window and in the switching times: automatic, stage 1 up to the highest stage, and off. With Block Exhaust air there are released and locked; "locked" stops the fan for as long as that state applies. |

Operating hours until the next filter change. Once the
value is reached, the block reports that maintenance is due. The value 0
switches monitoring off. The heading above the rows reads "Filter change",
with Block Exhaust air "Maintenance". |
| Acknowledge |
Resets the operating hours counter to zero and clears the
message. The acknowledgement only takes effect when the settings are
saved. |
| The settings are only
transferred to the controller with "Save". They are stored there and
survive a restart. |
