Overview EKEY UDP Trigger

This function block belongs to the ekey fingerprint scanner system (UDP). The block EKEY UDP receives the telegrams from the sensor and provides a unique ID as well as a detection pulse for each scan. With this trigger block, a reaction to specific IDs is implemented: if the ID present at the input matches one of the IDs stored in the parameters, a configurable action is triggered at the output on a pulse. This allows an individual action to be switched per finger or person – one separate trigger block is used for each action.

Inputs

PS
ID pulse
Must be connected to the output „ID pulse“ of the EKEY UDP block. A rising edge (new scan) triggers the evaluation.
ID
ID
Must be connected to the output „ID“ of the EKEY UDP block. Provides the ID of the current scan, which is compared with the stored IDs.

Outputs

TR
Trigger
Triggered when the ID at the input matches one of the IDs stored in the parameters. The type of output is determined by the parameter „Trigger“.

Parameters

Trigger
  • Pulse: a pulse is output – the value „Output on“ for the „Pulse time“, then „Output off“.
  • Telegram 1: the value „Output on“ is output (only useful for KNX systems).
  • Toggle: on each trigger, the output toggles between „Output on“ and „Output off“.
Pulse time
Duration of the pulse in seconds (only for type „Pulse“, default 5).
Output on
Value output in the switched-on state (default 1).
Output off
Value output in the switched-off state (default 0).
ID 0 … ID 9
Up to 10 IDs the trigger should react to. An ID set to 0 is ignored.
