User switching
User switching| This control element enables
a user login. See User management. A short click on the control element shows a list of the users; clicking a user prompts for the password and, if entered correctly, switches to the first page to which the user was assigned. A long click first prompts for the PIN code and, if entered correctly, shows the dialog for changing the password; here the passwords of all users can be changed. Users themselves cannot change their password. If Allow logout is enabled, the user list additionally shows the Log out button, with which the currently logged-in user can log out. When the user logs in, the page switches to the first page in whose properties the logged-in user was entered. Tip: If a manual start page has been set, it always takes precedence over the user. Therefore no manual start page may be set when the user management is used. See also the video on this topic. |
