Presence| With this function block,
the central switching of presence is implemented. This
function block is connected to the control element Block

General. The presence function can be used optionally in order to trigger certain functions when presence changes. Here, it can be set on each control element what should happen on a change. A distinction is made between the three states Present, Absent (short-term, at work) and Holiday (long-term). For example, on the shading it can be set that it is active when Present and Absent, and not when on Holiday. With this function block, switching is done centrally; if the presence function is used, this block must be created once and the variables generated. The control element must then be connected to this block. This applies to all control elements from the Block area; these must always be connected to the corresponding function block, only then can functions in the background be executed, for example time switch functions that were set on the control element. The connected control element also uses the addresses that are connected at the function block; therefore these must be connected at the function block instead of at the control element. This applies not only to the switching addresses but also to the status addresses (feedbacks). |
