The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is the media owner named in the imprint. You can reach us at office@uni-pro.at.

Server log files

When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically stores data in server log files (IP address, date and time, file requested, volume transferred, referrer, browser type and operating system). This data serves the secure and stable operation of the website (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is deleted after a short period.

Cookies and tracking

This website uses no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and embeds no external tracking services.

Contact form and e-mail

When you submit the contact form on this website, the details you entered (name, company, e-mail address, phone number, subject and message) are transmitted to our web server and forwarded to us by e-mail. To prevent automated submissions, the time of sending and your IP address are transmitted as well.

The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give expressly when submitting, and – for enquiries relating to a contract – Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time informally at office@uni-pro.at; the lawfulness of processing carried out until then remains unaffected.

The data is used solely to answer your enquiry, is not passed on to third parties and is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for that purpose – at the latest once statutory retention periods expire. The same applies to enquiries you send us directly by e-mail.

External links and stores

This website links to the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. Their operators are solely responsible for the data processing on those platforms.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
